Disclosure notice

In these materials, "Squirrel" refers to Squirrel Group Limited and its operating companies, including Squirrel Mortgages Limited and Squirrel Money Limited.

FundRock NZ Limited (FundRock) is the issuer and manager of the Squirrel Wholesale Investment Funds (comprising the Squirrel Wholesale Home Loan Fund, the Squirrel Wholesale Construction Loan Fund, and the Squirrel Specialised Income Fund). Squirrel Money Limited is the investment manager and distributor of those funds.

Squirrel Money Limited is the manager and investment manager of the Squirrel Capital Partners Fund. The Capital Partners Fund is a separate scheme from the Squirrel Wholesale Investment Funds. FundRock is not the manager of the Capital Partners Fund.

This website is published by Squirrel Money Limited. The information contained on this website is intended for the exclusive use of wholesale investors, as defined in Schedule 1 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (FMC Act). It is not to be used by retail investors and should not be distributed or published without the prior consent of FundRock NZ Limited or Squirrel.

The funds noted above are only open to wholesale investors and others who do not require disclosure under Part 3 of the FMC Act.

Neither the Schemes nor the offer made by each fund in the Schemes are registered or regulated under the FMC Act (although Part 2 of the FMC Act still applies). The law normally requires people who offer financial products to persons who are “retail investors” under the FMC Act to give information prescribed by the FMC Act and its regulations to these investors before they are able to invest. This information is designed to help investors make an informed decision.

If you are a wholesale investor, the usual rules do not apply to offers of financial products made to you. As a result, you may not receive a complete and balanced set of information. You will also have fewer other legal protections for these investments. Ask questions, read all documents carefully, and seek independent financial advice before committing yourself.

Confirming wholesale investor status on this website does not constitute the formal wholesale investor certification required under the FMC Act. A formal certificate will be required before any investment is made.

To invest in the Squirrel Wholesale Investment Funds, you will need approval from both FundRock NZ Limited and Squirrel. To invest in the Squirrel Wholesale Funds, you will need approval from Squirrel.
The information on this website is of a general nature and does not constitute financial advice.

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. Unit prices may go down as well as up, and you may not recover the full amount of capital invested. Neither Squirrel nor FundRock guarantees repayment of capital or any particular rate of return.

All return figures on this website are stated after fees, before tax, with distributions reinvested, unless otherwise stated. Returns are calculated on a time-weighted basis. Website performance data is updated monthly. Data current as at: 30 April 2026.
