Wholesale property lending backed by real market insight
Squirrel expects to broker around $4 billion in home loans in FY2026 and fund more than $1.4 billion in residential property development.
That gives us real-time visibility into the New Zealand property market, through every loan application, borrower conversation, credit assessment and site visit.
For wholesale investors, that means access to property-backed lending opportunities managed by the same team originating and assessing every loan in the portfolio.
Wholesale funds built for investors’ differing needs.
Four funds. Different risk and return profiles. The right combination depends on your investment horizon, income needs, and risk appetite. Talk to us about what fits.

+ The Squirrel Capital Partners Fund's objective is to provide investors with a return, after fees and before taxes, of more than 20.00% per annum on a 3-year rolling basis.
The Squirrel Home Loan Fund, Construction Loan Fund and Specialised Income Fund invest in loans that have the protection of one of Squirrel's reserve funds. Where a loan is in arrears or default, the relevant reserve fund steps in and make payments to investors, underlying investors and the funds. The reserve funds do not provide investors a guarantee nor are they insurance products. The Capital Partners Fund's loan investments do not have the protection of a reserve fund.
Investment Risks: Investors should read Funds' Information Memorandum to understand the risks that may cause the Funds' value to move up and down including, but not limited to, credit and default risk, market risk, active management risk, interest rate risk, concentration risk and liquidity risk.

Squirrel really came as a huge blessing after other investment portfolios racked up losses due to market fluctuations. The processes to earn passive income are easy to understand and to implement. Customer service is a 10 out of 10. And to receive interest on the On-Call Account is a surprising and welcome bonus. I just love Squirrel.
In some cases, we may discuss individual opportunities with investors looking for a different risk or return profile.
These opportunities are not publicly offered and are only discussed directly with eligible wholesale investors. If you would like to explore the options, book a chat with Doug.
