Kat made the move up to the big smoke from Christchurch with her family and brings with her two decades of valuable experience in the financial industry. In her downtime, Kat works hard on her home’s colourful renovations with a strict ‘anything but white’ policy, with a reward of tasty food and a beverage with mates after a hard day’s work.

Kat specialises in first home buyers, construction lending and property investing.

How Kat is paid

Kat is a salaried adviser and is paid the same no matter which lender you choose, so there's no pressure or bias toward any particular option. At a company level, Squirrel is paid either upfront or through a combination of upfront and trail commissions by its lenders and insurance providers.
